Sitting posture is known to affect the following standing posture and also walking postures but it has not quantitatively been demonstrated. This research compares two conditions of sitting posture with respect to the following standing and walking postures using camera image analysis. OpenPose, an image analysis algorithm, has been prevalent since it was proposed in 2017 that takes a person with a USB camera and analyzes the camera image for acquiring human body movements, hand movements, and face movement. Here we focus on body movements. The result of the comparative experiment indicated that sitting posture with the posterior tilt of the pelvis remained in the following standing and walking postures.
