Anomalous Dielectric Response of β-(BEDT-TTF)3(ReO4)2
A 1/3-filled organic conductor β-(BEDT-TTF)3(ReO4)2 [BEDT-TTF: bis(ethylenedithio) tetrathiafulvalene, hereafter abbreviated as ET] has been known to be an band insulator, not being investigated in detail. In this study, we wish to report on the anomalous dielectric relaxation just like relaxor ferroelectricity ascribed to the charge redistribution within the ET trimers.
